1. Call To Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:35 pm by Jane Harrison
a. Present: Jane Harrison, Mary Aylmer, Carmen Jenkins, Jeremy Friedrich, Judi Thornton, Patty Audo
b. Absent: Sue Mowbray
2. Review Solar Proposals: Motion made by Judi Thornton and seconded by Patty Audo to accept contract proposal from SunPeak; all voted in favor.
3. Adjournment: 6:07 pm motion to adjourn by Patty Audo and seconded by Carmen Jenkins; all voted in favor.
