Q3 real estate sales report: Brimfield

Median prices rose in Brimfield over last year, and are up 10.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 4 homes sold in Brimfield for a median price of $140,888. That's 2.3 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Brimfield.
