Q3 real estate sales report: Germantown Hills

Median prices declined in Germantown Hills over last year, and are down 23.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 6 homes sold in Germantown Hills for a median price of $164,250. That's 28.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Germantown Hills.

Median property tax for homeowners in Germantown Hills was $5,960.59 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.6 percent of their home's value in taxes.
