How did Jeffrey Lower spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Jeffrey Lower's election campaign committee, Citizens for Jeffrey Lower for Sheriff, spent $6,040 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
