Canton home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Canton rose by $100 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 0.2% increase over the $59,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Canton in July 2016.
