Farmington home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Farmington fell by $20,894 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,456 - a 37.1% decrease over the $56,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Farmington in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
