Farmington home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Farmington fell by $40,700 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 47.5% decrease over the $85,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Farmington in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
