Morton home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Morton fell by $57,100 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,900 - a 25.7% decrease over the $222,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Morton in February 2017.
