Elmwood home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Elmwood fell by $112,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,500 - a 69% decrease over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Elmwood in July 2017.
