Bellevue home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Bellevue fell by $55,250 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,000 - a 74.4% decrease over the $74,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bellevue in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,713, approximately 9% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
