Morton home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Morton rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,500 - a 3.8% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Morton in October 2017.
