Chillicothe Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 3.
Miss Chillicothe is open to IVC High School incoming freshmen through graduated seniors of 2019 only. Junior Miss Chillicothe is open to CEC, Mossville, and St. Edward's junior high girls only. This includes incoming 6th graders through incoming 8th graders.
Prizes will be awarded to winners of both pageants!
