Washington home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Washington fell by $50,730 while total sales decreased by 34.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,500 - a 26.8% decrease over the $189,230 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Washington in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Washington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,527, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
