Peoria Heights (Peoria County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Peoria Heights in Peoria County fell by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 28.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,500 - a 15.3% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Peoria Heights in the first half of 2018.
