Armington home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Armington fell by $54,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,500 - a 47.6% decrease over the $113,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Armington in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Armington for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,154, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
