Peoria Heights (Peoria County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Peoria Heights in Peoria County rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Peoria Heights in the third quarter of 2018.
