The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Peoria rose by $23,550 while total sales decreased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 27.2% increase over the $86,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in Peoria in November 2018.
