Rome home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Rome rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,750 - a 9.4% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Rome in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Rome for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
