West Peoria home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in West Peoria rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 24% increase over the $64,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in West Peoria in September 2018.
