Dunlap home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Dunlap fell by $40,950 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 25.4% decrease over the $160,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dunlap in July 2018.
