Bellevue home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Bellevue rose by $91,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,500 - a 132.8% increase over the $68,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bellevue in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,658, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
