12. Discussion: Downtown Streetscape – Abby Beck

The Committee directed Alderman Beck to spearhead a small committee of five to six people. The committee could be project-based in the beginning and identify various projects the City should work on first.

14. Project Status – Local Prosecution Trial for DUI Cases (DME)

The consensus of the Committee was in favor of the City Administrator moving forward with hiring the proposed attorney on a case-by-case basis for DUI trials. Chair Wolff asked for a data matrix to see the cost comparison advantages of hiring said attorney. There was no objection from the Committee to attaining such data.

16. Executive Session: Probable Litigation (SB)

Motion: To enter into Executive Session for probable litigation
