1. Call to Order
President Michels called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
President Michels led attendees in the pledge.
3. Roll Call
Present: 7 President Sean Michels, Trustee Sean Herron, Trustee Jen Konen, Trustee Rick Montalto, Trustee Ted Koch, Trustee Ryan Walter, Trustee Heidi Lendi – All Attended By Phone

Administrator Eichelberger, Senior Management Analyst Murphy, Attorney Julien (by phone), Community Development Director Magdziarz (by phone) and Public Works Director Speciale (by phone).

5. New Business
a. Resolution: Temporarily Extending the Term of Existing Liquor Licenses
A motion was made by Trustee Montalto, seconded by Trustee Herron, to approve the resolution temporarily extending the term of existing liquor licenses. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYE: 6 Montalto, Herron, Koch, Walter, Lendi, Konen
Nays: 0 None
Absent: 0
b. Ordinance: Establishing a New Class of Liquor License (Class Q – Temporary Carry Out and/or Delivery of Packaged Alcohol)
A motion was made by Trustee Montalto, seconded by Trustee Herron, to approve the ordinance establishing a new class of liquor license (Class Q – temporary carry out and/or delivery of packaged alcohol). The motion carried by the following vote:
AYE: 6 Montalto, Herron, Walter, Lendi, Konen, Koch
Nays: 0 None
Absent: 0
c. Ordinance: Granting a Class Q Liquor License to Certain Current Liquor License Holders
A motion was made by Trustee Montalto, seconded by Trustee Herron, to approve the ordinance granting a Class Q liquor license to certain current liquor license holders. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYE: 6 Montalto, Herron, Lendi, Konen, Koch, Walter
Nays: 0 None
Absent: 0
6. Adjournment
A motion was made by Trustee Herron, seconded by Trustee Montalto, to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees at 1:38 p.m. A voice vote was called. The motion carried.
