Authorizing the City Manager to amend the 2020 Civic Donation Program to provide a COVID Relief Civic Donation program to help support necessary operating expenses for non-profit organizations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic (Legislative action to be taken at the special meeting).
b. Resolution 2020-098– A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Amend The Small Business Development Program

Abstract
Authorizing the City Manager to amend the 2020 Small Business Development Program to allow for a second round of the Small Business Emergency Relief program to provide funding assistance to qualifying small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic (Legislative action to be taken at the special meeting).
