144 Peoria County residents in their seventies test positive for COVID-19

As of September 21, there have been 144 Peoria County residents in their seventies who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 7,012 residents in their seventies in the county who had been tested, meaning that two percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through September 21, there have been 3,225 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 48 deaths from the coronavirus in Peoria County.
