City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
We are excited to announce our second annual "Cops and Rodders" Trunk or Treat.
The trunk or treat car show will be Friday October 16, 2020 from 6pm-8pm in the East Peoria The Levee District.
For the cars participating in the car show we ask you bring WRAPPED candy for our treaters. This is the perfect opportunity to show off your lighting modifications or to decorate your ride in the Halloween spirit!
