Every year the Treasurer holds a sale of parcels whose taxes have not been paid. Those parcels that are not bought by tax buyers go to the County as trustee and goes through a process to acquire the tax deed. Mr. Pinkham came in to pay the taxes on his property but the redemption period had expired, therefore he had to redeem the taxes through the county trustee. These parcels were almost on the sealed bid sale. There are penalties that apply. Motion to approve Resolution 08-20-001 and 08-20-002 made by Steffen, seconded by Barker. Motion passed.

h) Resolution 2109-20 #076 to pay Microsoft Office 365 in vacation The Microsoft Office 365 billing date falls after our monthly cutoff date. The invoice we receive then has to wait till the next month to be approved, making us late in payment. Because of this extra month, we get notices that our email service will be shut off, and the County Coordinator has to get approval to pay in vacation so the shut off doesn't happen. If we pay it always in vacation, we avoid this late process. Motion to approve paying the Microsoft bill in vacation made by Steffen, seconded by Barker. Motion passed

8. Other

It was asked about the mask requirements at our meetings. There is a mask requirement, and we should be wearing masks at meetings. There is really no way to inforce the mask mandate. The County Coordinator is participating in webinars about the masks, and trying to stay on top of all the changes.

9. Adjournment

Motion to adjourn made by Barker, seconded by Steffen. Motion passed

Meeting adjourned at 6:56 PM.
