1) Ordinance 2020- 102 An Ordinance adjusting the Fire / EMS service fees

Abstract

This legislation will update the Fire / EMS service fees to ensure that Lebanon’s user rates stay competitive with our regional peers.

NEW BUSINESS:

1) Resolution 2020-106 A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant to construct restrooms in Miller Ecological Park

Abstract

The legislation will authorize the City Manager to submit a grant to the State of Ohio ‘s Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant in the amount of $100,000 to partially fund the construction of public restrooms in Miller Ecological Park.

2) Resolution 2020-107 A Resolution Finding that Public Safety Personnel are Substantially Dedicated to Mitigating or Responding to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

Abstract

This legislation will confirm that Lebanon Public Safety personnel, including police officer’s, firefighters, and emergency medical responders, have dedicated substantial work hours addressing the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, therefore allowing the City to be reimbursed for personnel resources dedicated to this effort through the CARES Act.

3) Ordinance 2020-108 An Ordinance approving a supplemental appropriation distributing CARES ACT funding to the appropriate budgetary fund code line to reimburse for COVID-19 related expenses, and declaring an emergency

Abstract

This legislation will approve supplemental appropriations which will reimburse various budgetary fund code lines for expenses associated with COVID-19 utilizing funds provided to the City through the CARES Act.
