2 Mason County residents in their fifties test positive for COVID-19 on March 24

Two Mason County residents in their fifties tested positive for COVID-19 on March 24, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 192 positive cases reported in Mason County among residents in their fifties, accounting for 14.6 percent of all cases in the county. Through March 24, Mason County has reported a total of 1,319 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 41 of which have ended with the victim's death.
