City of Canton issued the following announcement on May. 7.
On Monday, May 10th , City crews will be replacing a fire hydrant at the intersection of W. Hickory and Second Avenue. This will require turning off the water main that supplies Second Avenue from Hickory to Oak, and Second Avenue from First Avenue to Second Avenue.
A Boil Order will be issued for that area when water service is restored.
