CANCELLED - 4th District Council Member Andre W. Allen’s “Coffee with Constituents” from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 6th, 2022 at Panera Bread, located in Westlake Shopping Center, 2515 West Lake Avenue has been cancelled for the month of January and will resume in February.
