Report: Stark County School District spent $10,379 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Stark County Community Unit School District 100 was down 1.9 percent from five years ago, according to the Peoria Standard analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Stark County school district spent $10,576 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $10,379 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 770 to 697 students over the same period.

Stark County's spending in 2019-20 was 28.4 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
