Eureka median home prices rose by 10.4% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Eureka rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Eureka in the third quarter of 2020.
