Report: Fulton County School District spent $11,613 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Fulton County Community Unit School District 3 was up 3.9 percent from five years ago, according to the Peoria Standard analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Fulton County school district spent $11,175 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $11,613 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment fell from 468 to 413 students over the same period.

Fulton County's spending in 2019-20 was 19.9 percent lower than the state average of $14,492.
