Washburn median home prices rose by 11.1% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Washburn rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Washburn in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Washburn for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $1,812, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
