El Paso home prices fell in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in El Paso fell by $8,365 while total sales decreased by 87.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,950 - a 6.3% decrease over the $133,315 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in El Paso in the second half of 2020.
