Pricing for the median home in Metamora decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Metamora fell by $5,726 while total sales decreased by 90.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,500 - a 4% decrease over the $144,226 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Metamora in the second half of 2020.
