The second half of 2021: Eureka experienced a 7.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Eureka rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 76.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 7.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Eureka in the second half of 2020.
