Median home prices in Roanoke rose to $79,000 in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Roanoke rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Roanoke in September 2020.
