Washburn home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Washburn fell by $2,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 3.1% decrease over the $88,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Washburn in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Washburn for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $1,812, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
