Peoria County Racial Justice and Equity - Transportation and Mobility Subcommittee met May 2.

Here is the agenda provided by the subcommittee:

2. Approval of Minutes 

• Need to review both March and April minutes for approval.

3. Informational Items and Reports 

• Resignations 

• Review the data gathering target completion for presentation to Steering Committee – June 1st, 2022 

• Open Meeting Act – certification requirements by all commissioners to be completed by June16th. https://foiapac.ilag.gov/ Helpful tips have gone out to the committee for completing this. 

• New guidelines from Steering Committee about membership requirements: document available 

• Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) Forum comments from Ron and Ursula 

4. Discussion 

• 1st Annual Racial Justice and Equity Report-Out -full committee gathering and report out scheduled for June16th. – Ursula Towne and Brinda Mehta to collaborate on report writing. Discuss deliverables. 

• Information from CityLink’s Emily Watson – Ron Rasberry to report 

• Feedback on our committee taking the bus for critical community connections:
