C2. The Auditor's report of expenditures from Accounts Payable system is accessible at www.peoriacounty.gov/auditor/transparency.
C3. A resolution from your Executive Committee recommending approval of an Agreement between the County of Peoria and the Minority Business Development Center in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 annually, for Fiscal Years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
C4. A joint resolution from your County Operations Committee and your Finance, Audit, and Legislative Affairs Committee recommending approval of an Agreement between County of Peoria and Tyler Technologies, to implement Tyler Enterprise Supervision at a not-to-exceed cost of $376,955.00.
C5. A resolution from your Infrastructure Committee recommending a financial commitment of local funds to match any Federal Transportation Alternatives Program funds received for the construction of sidewalks and multi-use paths on Maxwell Road and Middle Road.
C6. A resolution from your Infrastructure Committee recommending approval of supplemental Pavement Marking quotations for County Highway Department maintenance materials be purchased during 2023 on an as needed basis.

V. ZONING ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS
1. Case #ZBA-2023-0009. Petition of David Herrmann. A Special Use request as required in Section 20-7.3.5.8. of the Unified Development Ordinance to vary from the requirement that a Home Occupation may involve the use of commercial vehicles that exceed a gross vehicle weight of eight thousand (8,000) pounds for delivery of materials to and/or from the premises. The petitioner proposes to operate a trucking business in the “A-2” Agriculture Zoning District to transport new and used farm equipment and related products utilizing two semi-tractors. Also, a Special Use as required in Section 20-7.3.5.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance to vary from the requirement that a Home Occupation may involve the use or indoor storage of heavy equipment, and that the equipment may only be stored in the dedicated accessory structure. The petitioner proposes to store the equipment outside. Also, a Special Use as required in Section 20- 7.3.2.3 of the Unified Development Ordinance to vary from the requirement that a Home Occupation must be conducted entirely within the dwelling of the accessory structure. The petitioner proposes to store two (2) commercial vehicles and four (4) trailers containing materials outside. The parcel is located in Radnor Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval with restrictions. The Land Use Committee concurs.
2. Case ZBA-2023-0013, Petition of Todd & Paula Sheridan. A Special Use request as required in Section 20-5.2.2.3.g of the Unified Development Ordinance, which allows for Sportsman’s Club, including accessory retail services in the “A-2” Agriculture Zoning District. The petitioner proposes to operate a Sportsman’s Club offering the training of retriever dogs. The parcel is located in Rosefield Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval with restriction. The Land Use Committee concurs.
3. Case ZBA-2023-0006, Petition of Todd & Paula Sheridan. A Special Use request as required in Section 20-5.2.2.2.f which allows for Overnight Accommodations, provided that they meet the requirements set forth in Section 7.8 (Overnight Accommodations) and provided that no more than 5 rooms or suites of rooms are rented, and room are not rented for a period of more than 14 days. The petitioner proposes to provide overnight accommodations on a short-term basis in the “A-2” Agriculture Zoning District. The parcel is located in Rosefield Township. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval with restrictions. The Land Use Committee concurs.
4. A recommendation from your Executive Committee recommending authorizing execution of Amendment #2 to the Peoria Rural Enterprise Zone Designating Ordinance and corresponding Amendment #2 to the Peoria Rural Enterprise Zone Intergovernmental Agreement.
5. A resolution from your Public Safety and Justice Committee recommending acceptance of the Jean M. Ligon Animal Welfare Grant from the Community Foundation of Central Illinois, in the amount of $5,000.00, for the purchase of animal medical supplies, and appropriation of those funds into the PCAPS Fund. 6. A resolution from your Public Safety and Justice Committee recommending approval of a Juvenile Redeploy Service Provider Contract with Counseling and Family Services dba FamilyCore to provide Redeploy case management as a contractual partner with Peoria County Probation and Court Services, for a twelve (12) month period commencing July 1, 2023. 7. A resolution from your Public Safety and Justice Committee recommending approval of the SFY2024 Juvenile Redeploy Grant Agreement with the Illinois Department of Human Services, for a twelve (12) period commencing July 1, 2023. (Pending Committee Approval)
8. A resolution from your Infrastructure Committee recommending approval to authorize and direct the County Administrator to convey real estate interest to the City of Peoria for roadway purposes. (Pending Committee Approval)
