There were 627 white students enrolled in Midland Community Unit School District 7 in the 2021-22 school year, 2.6% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Midland Community Unit School District 7 welcomed 708 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 93.2% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.

Midland Community Unit School District 7 roughly covers schools within Marshall County and has a main office in Sparland.

Among the three schools in Midland Community Unit School District 7, Midland Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 248 students.
