Petitioners, Crecencio and Josue Padron, are requesting an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for a “Contractor’s Equipment Storage Yard” and a “Dwelling for Proprietor, Caretaker, or Watchman” in the Green Bay – Wadsworth Overlay District (underlying zoning CS District), in accordance with Sections 4.0.1, 4.3, and 12.9 of the Village of Beach Park Zoning Code. The petition for amendment includes zoning code relief associated with the Conditional Use Permit and general permitting.
