The City's Planning & Zoning department is heading up a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) project, with input from other City departments and outside stakeholders. The UDO will simplify and update ruled related to development, business and land use.
Two public meetings are scheduled to share information about the changes and their impact:
Thursday, March 7th, 4 - 7:30pm at Waukegan City Hall, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor
Tuesday, March 19th, 6:30 - 8:30pm at Waukegan Field House Sports, Fitness & Aquatics Center, 800 Baldwin
