Rep. Weaver invites students to experience legislative process as 'Page for a Day

Rep. Weaver recently welcomed Will Nelson from St. Jude Catholic School in Peoria to Springfield as his "Page for a Day." Rep. Weaver expressed gratitude, saying, "It was truly an honor to welcome Will Nelson from St. Jude Catholic School in Peoria to Springfield to be my Page for a Day last week! Thanks so much for joining me, and I hope you had a blast seeing the General Assembly in action!"

The program offers participants the opportunity to join Rep. Weaver on the House Floor and includes a tour of the Capitol. Participants will also be introduced to Illinois state government.
