Peoria Standard

As American Education Week is observed, individuals are encouraged to recognize the impactful teachers in their lives. Community members are invited to nominate a teacher who has made a significant difference by submitting a photo and a brief description of their influence.

Nominations should be sent to weaver@ilhousegop.org. The selected teachers will be highlighted on social media and receive a Certificate of Recognition from the Illinois General Assembly.

This initiative aims to express gratitude and acknowledge the contributions of dedicated educators.
