This week, Dr. Kelsey Clarkson is being recognized in the Teacher Spotlight for her work at Peoria Richwoods High School. Dr. Clarkson teaches Statistics, AP Statistics, and AVID (Achievement Via Individual Determination) at Richwoods. She has previously been awarded the Donald M. Phares Award, which honors outstanding educators within Peoria Public Schools.
One of Dr. Clarkson's students expressed gratitude for her impact: “Dr. Clarkson is special because she cares for all of her students, and she has the ability to teach different ways to match students’ learning style. I would like to thank her so much for all her help with class and life, and I wouldn’t be here today without her.”
The school community appreciates Dr. Clarkson's contributions and leadership at Richwoods High School.
