With temperatures expected to fall this weekend, the city of Peoria is reminding residents that city buildings will serve as warming centers. The Peoria Police Department lobby, located at 600 SW Adams Street, will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additionally, Peoria Fire Department stations will be available daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., though visitors may need to vacate during active calls.
