The 10th Judicial Circuit will not hold sessions on Wednesday, February 12, in observance of Lincoln’s Birthday. Despite this, the Peoria County Courthouse and other county offices will remain operational.
On Monday, February 17, several Peoria County offices will close in recognition of Presidents Day. These include the Peoria County Courthouse, Veterans Assistance Commission, Animal Protection Services (PCAPS) offices, Regional Office of Education, and Highway Department offices.
Conversely, the Peoria City/County Health Department offices located in the Health & Human Services building will operate from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on February 17. The Election Commission will also be open for early voting from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

While the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office, Jail, and Juvenile Detention Center will maintain staffing and operations during this period, records access and in-person visitation services will not be available on February 17. However, remote visitation for inmates remains possible throughout the closure period and the bonding lobby's hours are unaffected.
